This Wednesday, our class had the privilege of meeting children's book author Ulf Sindt. Mr. Sindt travels around the whole country visiting schools and talking about his books, and this week he was at Johannes School. Ulf Sindt has written over 40 books for children, and we read three of them together as a class before his visit.

Mr. Sindt told the class about what an author does, his former career as an afterschool teacher, and explained everything that has to happen before a book is finished. Then there was an opportunity for the children to ask questions about the books we had read, and all about what life as an author is like.

Mr. Sindt's talk was very fun and interesting, and the children has prepared some great questions. Afterwards, Mr. Sindt complimented FB's excellent listening skills, and even stayed for lunch!
